    Paul L. Criswell

I began my career as an Associate with the Boston firm of Sullivan & Worcester in 1980. Then, from 1983 to 1986, I was a Staff Attorney with Digital Equipment Corporation.  From 1986 until 1996, I was Counsel to Stratus Computer, Inc., where I sharpened my skills in the technology and telecomm marketplaces.  I joined VideoServer, Inc. as General Counsel until 1999.  Today I am an Independent General Counsel providing counsel services to technology companies.

I earned a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in 1975 and continued my academic pursuits and earned a Master's degree in 1976. I obtained a J.D. with Honors from the University of Michigan Law School in 1980. 

I am active in a number of areas:

- Adjunct Professor, Massachusetts School of Law,
(I taught courses in Computer Law, Securities Law and Negotiation for Lawyers)   1992 - 1996
